I had to top up the boxer engine in my 718 Spyder with 1l oil after only 2k km so that’s probably normal when it’s new.Topped up nearly 1l of oil

I spent all afternoon messing about on Vistaprint and ordered some 'personalised' GR86 Tee Shirts and a Baseball Cap (to place on the back seat or centre console):

With the recent oil pressure related concerns from across the pond I’m wondering if this may be more appropriate. 
I don't see that really affecting me on my occasional trips to the Supermarket or gentle jaunts around the Fife Coastline - unless I start drifting it around every right-hander of course

It’s been a really long f***ing day! Collected yesterday morning on 10 miles. Currently sat at just shy of 600 after a trek into France. A mixtures of auto routes and B roads which is why it took so long! Left home at 0500 and just arrived at the hotel in Beaune.

It’s a cracker of a car, and seems pretty happy doing the distances. Just plan in your petrol stops! (Total Energies seems to be the best value at the moment) as I’m on the 3rd tank of petrol already!

The roads from Brighton to Guildford a car show tonight. 24.5 degrees and dry - perfect convertible conditions. 6x Bentley convertible, 4 x 911 convertibles, Some lovely Lotus Elans. Properly jealous. [That said, yet to see a GR86 in the wild]

Mid week wash ruined with a covering of Saharan sand, so I thought I might get away with a snow foam rinse 
Was still present, so had to do a full contact wash again. Then a layer of 'Ceramic Foam' and dry. Comes up Ok . . .
More like the south of France than Teesside !
