Totally Hooked
Dropped mine off for a full detail and front PPF and some other bits yesterday. Nice 7 mile walk home which was enjoyable. I'll miss the car this week, even with impending snow but will be worthwhile doing.

Where you getting that done?Car dropped off for PPF installation today with 595 miles on the clock. Will miss it over the next few days, but it's fitting that the weather worsened this week as well.
Looks really nice - much better than pics on website. It is suede?Applied my key cover today - more details available here.

I was just about to press 'buy now', and then realised that I am planning on having the keyless entry disabled (too many cars getting nicked in our area presumably due to that). Wonder if this cover work would well for someone needing to physically put the key in.Applied my key cover today - more details available here.

I am in the same position - want to disable keyless entry.I was just about to press 'buy now', and then realised that I am planning on having the keyless entry disabled (too many cars getting nicked in our area presumably due to that). I'd say it's more of a nubuck-type leather - so not shiny/glossy, but smoother than suede. It's wipe clean too.Looks really nice - much better than pics on website. It is suede?
Ah - thanks for the tip. will wait a bit.. will probably drop back in price.I'd say it's more of a nubuck-type leather - so not shiny/glossy, but smoother than suede. It's wipe clean too.
Price seems to have gone up on the website - I paid about nine quid.
Does it work with Apply car play as well, or just Android? My Carsifi adapter arrived today. Wireless Android Auto ahoy!
Only driven for 10 minutes or so, but it seemed to work well. Also connected pretty quickly. And the unit is tiny (not much bigger than a large USB thumb drive). Bonus - companion app lets you set the DPI setting. Setting it to 103 means I get the split screen (Coolwalk?) UI for Android Auto now. Slick![]()
Congrats @Silver Fox I hope the watch is a worthwhile addition to your collection. What I did today in my GR86 was go on a prolonged drive to find and purchase a copy of this month's EVO magazine, cos the (prize-winning no less!) letter of the month was crafted by an extremely well respected, intelligent and handsome Zoo Company member...

I don't think so, it only supports Android Auto for now. But I think there are other wireless products on the market which do both.Does it work with Apply car play as well, or just Android?

No devices officially supporting wireless Carplay, but Carlinkit 3.0/4.0 is often talked about for that purpose.Does it work with Apply car play as well, or just Android?
Was that online or through a dealer? Not seeing any GR86 stuff listed on https://toyotadirectparts.co.uk/ yet.Ordered placed with Toyota Parts for the Cargo Net (~£37) and the ducktail spoiler in black (£348). The latter is on back order till 18th of Feb but I don't mind waiting.
Unfortunately my detailer is having some issues with their PPF plotter machine, so my GR86 is back home waiting for that to be resolved before another road trip.
Aspirational self-identification, rather than realism!Congratulations @Silver Fox
OK , own up Zoo Company who said Silver Fox was “handsome”I’ll admit to the “well adjusted” , but we all get things wrong occasionally
