Solarplexious finally listed the GR86 as cars available for their perspex tinted window solution. I bought the rear and rear quarters window set for about £115, this did include a discount code. So not expensive at all and worth a try. They said easy fit and by and large it was, apart from moving about in the back. I'm too big for this really. The side windows was really easy. They recommend using masking tape to protect trim but after doing one and having it stick to everything I didn't bother with the rest. The rear window perspex looked too big to fit, but it wasn't. I eventually got it in position but noticed I had dislodged part of the trim at the end of the parcel shelf. I tried to get it back in position but couldn't do it. I need to remove some trim to gain access but it was so hot and uncomfortable I will do this another day. To attach you use short strips that stick to the perspex and slots into the trim. The problem I found was there wasn't any trim close enough to the glass behind the rear parcel shelf. I ended up sticking them on the perspex and resting on the shelf. There are a couple of places on the side window to secure it in place. I been out today and everything seems to be holding in place, no movement or rattles. The tint is dark so you cannot see anything from the outside in, but you can see out obviously. It does look good so am quite happy with it. Time will tell if it stays in place.

I've had a HKS Foam panel filter in since I got the car, but it wasn't 'cleanable' and it was dirty so . . .
Does this replace the stock air filter, or is it for the TRD intake?
It's for the stock air intake. Just make sure to apply the sticker to the air box so that the dealership doesn't take it out come service time.

I looked on eurocarparts yesterday and only one air filter came up related to my plate, not K&N though. Can anyone confirm this is still available?

I took the door cards off so that I could finally install the Focal speaker kit I bought from @Alex-GR86 a while back.
While I was at it, I fitted the sound deadening he included, and the window mechanism washers to stop the 'crack' that had developed after it was parked up for 6 weeks after my eye operation.
I also wrapped the top tether covers in the same fake suede I did the A-pillar trims in, as it annoyed me that they reflect in the back window.

Anyway, pleased to report that the sound is improved and the windows no longer crack.

Google the part number (33-5060) and Eurocarparts came up on the search Link (although it does now say temp. unavailable)
Missus and her mum took our newborn out for a shopping trip earlier, so I finally had some time to wash the car and apply some fresh ceramic coat to the bumper replaced after the accident back in May. Weeks of heatwaves and dry dusty weather, plus it hardly being driven, meant it looked a right state, and it's been getting me down that I haven't had time to keep on top of it, so I was pleased to get the opportunity to make it shine again. Even though I'll probably not drive it for ages again

You're welcome ... I've even used it on my Alloy Wheels as an annual protective ceramic layer to good effect.
I considered doing them but it would have taken too long. Perhaps when I get another few hours at some point I'll do them separately.
