GR86 What did you do with your GR86 today

By the way, does anyone know if the insurance Toyota asks to agree to on their rentals is mandatory or can I decline it?
I think they mentioned it’s the excess insurance, in which case I wouldn’t take them up on their offer.

Today me and my GR86 went to the free summer evening gathering thing at the motor museum in Gaydon, and here are some photographic images from the evening.

Took mine to a weighbridge.
With half a tank of fuel and the addition of the dog travelling platform on the rear seats came in at 1230kg
Very happy that it came in under the Toyota quoted figure. The only changes I’ve done to lighten it is changed the exhaust to HKS Hi Power Spec L 2, which I don’t think saved THAT much weight!

I dunno, I've got the same exhaust and I was surprised how much lighter it felt compared to the stock system.
I've also got a DTP on my rear seats (well, a seat cover and an old sofa throw), so I'm going to assume mine weighs the same as yours...although I'm also a fat git.

I am surprised, evo weighted it with a full tank and it came at 1280kgs
