Yep I know that conversation had a similar one about Sandals in Bluewater Shopping Centre today
who knew there are a lot of different shades of beige apparently

Almost a full set between us
Installed the original GR door handle protectors.
And I replaced my hood struts with this set which has a much better build quality and the brackets are specifically made for the GR86/BRZ. As you can see in the video it can open itself at a low angle.

Got the replacement kit delivered last week and had the same issue so I can only say it doesn't seem to work at least for me

That is the best wheel colour for blue cars. I just mentioned new wheels to my wife and she told me to get a f'ing grip.
Tell her it will improve the grip if you swap them

The raising of that bonnet reminded me of a magic show I put on for the wife one Christmas Eve, after an evening of Sherry, Oysters and devilled eggs, during which I was able to lift the table cloth hands free:
"Wait for it missus.. wait for it" .. "Aleeeeyyy Oop!"*
Looking back I should probably have waited for the other guests to leave.

Holy moly thought it was £3,300 for the set - but only works out to around £20 which isn't bad.
