Been a decent week, 400 mile drive over the weekend and nice weather with an absence of caravans and visitors to Dorset.

Even managed 34mpg for the first time in 5k miles.

Had to take the car up to the top of Portland (again) for another photo

Drove up town early to collect my new glasses and bagged the biggest space in the car park (beating the Puma ST that’s usually in it ). Small victories eh!?

Had this happen to me with a leased company car (Volvo S60 T5) in Czech Republic in the early 2000's and roof, bonnet and boot all had to be replaced... the hail was the size of golf balls though.

It's rare here to have such heavy hail. Although the same happened to my brother's BMW 6 series a few years ago. I'm already looking at prices of replacement bonnets.
