GR86 What did you do with your GR86 today

Then I went inside. We think we've been missold on the alarm and supposed exclusivity with the GR86. Imagine spending 145k on this thinking you are getting a proper M car!

Think I'd rather buy 4 gr86 and use the change to go on a driving holiday with my mates.

Wow, that’s horrid. Does it look better or worse in real life than the photo?
I saw my first new M2 the other day, in Hyundai blue, and that was worse than the photos of it I’ve seen!

Funnily enough I did too, same colour. My wife said she really liked it.

It certainly doesn't look any better in the flesh. It's the second one I've seen in real life, and they both have that accent strip in a different colour. The light up nostrils remind me of an angry pig.

It made the 2 series behind it, look positively pleasent. The simple elegance ( in very respect ) of the GR86 is far more my style.

Strewth that car park! Only 4 colour choices in the BMW range then? Black, white, grey, silver. I used to be a bit of a BMW fanboy, had 3 (M3 + M3 + Msport) over the years, they are dead to me now and I would never ever have thought I would write those words.

I’ve had 5 over the years, and I’m the same, I have no interest in any of their new cars now, a real shame as they were always a great drive.

How did a BMW car lot get to look so dreary? I've had a few but can't see me ever going back (well, maybe an old one....)

What made it worse was the fact I forgot to use the GRZOO code for 5% off, having also missed a Carnoisseur Road Hero discount code (of 5%) a few days before. Would’ve been £25+ better off all round 😡

Same for me. I was having a look at them the other day and thought for that price it must be carbon fibre and do they have a cheap plastic alternative lol.

A couple of months ago, I searched Ali-Express for an alternative, but didn't find anything. A bit surprising I thought.
