What bits are you having done? Iain and the team are very pleasant to deal with.dropped the car off at Litchfield for a few mods and tuning, picking up next saturday, shame one of the many gtr's there wasn't the courtesy car though

Today we are hitting 10k together. Loving every moment with it. Even though I would love to have silver paintjob (unfortunately there was none available at the time when I was ordering), black is so stunning when freshly cleaned. PPF front and ceramic coating certainly helps, but this is probably first and last black paint car I’ll own. Its destroying my sanity trying to keep it clean and prevent any cosmetic damage

This. Even a mediocre PPF job is better than no PPF.
I did mine myself and even though there are a few creases I'm not that concerned as long as it is doing what it should.
I coated the bonnet, bumper, sills and most of rear arches and saved somewhere in the region of £2k!
If anyone does give it a go don't panic with it - plenty of slip solution gives you time to work out where you need to stretch it and otherwise.
Another tip I have actually that is quite helpful I would suggest is to get a little fabric and make some 2D patterns for tricky areas. Weed control membrane is quite good for this as it is flexible, draping nicely. A little masking tape will help also.
