I'm amazed it's not gone... But I think there are too many things stacked against me.. Hospital visits, only 14 miles of the 250 allowed miles left.. The new car's at the other end of the country, it may take too long to get a refund from TOL and as the GR is our daily driver I need wheels plus I've washed the existing car and polished it (and found a bloody stone chip)
Nice to hear that a forum member is buying it... The timing just doesn't work for me otherwise i'd have done the deal myself.. Sometimes you have to accept that you can't win them all and move on...

If Toyota can’t tell me “we have ordered a new replacement part” for my damaged rear seat as part of the warranty claim on my brand new one, I’ll buy this early next week. The £4k saving based on the current RRP makes the distance pale into insignificance

My (2nd) order was for a Grey Auto. It's due to land in the UK on the 9th November and be at the dealership around 21st. That gives me plenty of time to cancel it. I'm hoping to have this blue one sorted in short order, the delaying factor may be the availability of the covered transport team.
Yeah, they've got an audible alarm that's supposed to go off if you try and set foot in the dealership...That’ll be two of us ‘tyre kickers’ cancelling at Halbeath - we’ll be getting blacklisted!

Enough excuses to make me feel better that I'm going to pass on the £4k saving... I wish I hadn't f******* seen it
I was happy enough with the £33k list price so I'll move on with a slightly heavier heart and let somebody else grab it

No real surprise just before Christmas I suppose. Slow market for all cars traditionally, and especially for cars that are generally more suited to spring and summer.
Worked out well in my case fer sure. That £5.2k saving has all but gone now though - may have just enough left for a bottle of Uraguayan Tannat at Christmas
My supplying dealer offered me £28k for mine (Red with 1500 miles)
Brand new cars available for £500 more - that might be why.
