This could be a bargain for someone, price started at £33.5K, now advertised for £29K

Is it possible that this was a £29k car? Madness if the seller paid the new price..

If it was local I’d be seriously tempted to give mine back, buy that and I’d be £4K up

Somebody buy it please 😬
 
Terrible time to try and shift a sports car.

Unpleasant weather, Christmas coming, higher interest rates/mortgage increases, rising utility bills, insurance hikes.

I wouldn't be surprised to see a few sub £30k cars over the coming months, prior to values creeping up again in the spring.*

I would have gone for the electric blue if was available in the second batch, looks stunning.
 
I added the blue one to my autotrader watched list over a week ago just to see how fast it would sell cos it seemed such a good price - can’t believe it’s still there!

Are you going for the blue manual then? I messaged the guy selling the silver one but didn’t hear anything.. It’s very awkward for me to sort it this week anyway so I think I’ll have to stick with what I have.. I’m on 234 miles anyway so close to the max 250 though I could drop it off at the dealer tomorrow if I had to 😐

Yes. I've had an initial response from the seller and now we have to get into the nitty gritty wrt that dirty money stuff. I'll be getting the car brought North via a covered transport, which isn't cheap but it saves me 7+ hours on the A1 during potentially shite weather. It also means the car will arrive spotless and can go straight under its cover. I'll probably SORN it until February when it'll be due its first service, giving me plenty of time to assign a new plate, get Insurance and fettle with Techstream ;)

Question, the silver GR is still available... If I decided to return mine tomorrow what would the ballpark timeframe be for being refunded and also, assuming I go ahead with the purchase will the tax cost me £180 or the larger amount I've seen mooted?
