GR86 Upspeed Imports: Imported GR86s available "December 2023".

Spotted these today - RHD GR86 RC and 10th Anniversary editions apparently available - imported - in December 2023. £30k and £39k respectively.

Any thoughts?

It looks like all they have for sale/reservation are these GR86s and a single, solitary used AMG Mercedes. I've not heard of this company before.

Another avenue to consider for those missing out on a UK car, perhaps?

Not a bad price for the RC but I have always wondered how grey Imports are categorized in dvla in terms of emissions and ulez compliancy. I believe they pay a standard vehicle excise duty that is independent of their emissions and therefore may not be ULEZ compliant emmen though they have the same engine.

You have to really want to pay that for it. Those RCs are stripped back, and cost £15.5k in Japan!

Yep, I assume this is the same as what Australia got as the 10th anniversary, not the same as the US version.

I got my JP import to be ULEZ compliant even though it's not on Co2 based tax rate

To be perfectly honest, I have no idea what is required.

I just imported a Honda S660 through Torque GT, they did all the paperwork and IVA. I just had to go online, and it shows my car is ULEZ comply
