UPDATE.

I've been to see my bro to do the CAD. Long story short this is a bit tight because everyone wants rears. Not sure it'll work.

We have done a sheet design for 35 front and 30 rear.

The rears use 55% of the material but I only charge 33% more money. I genuinely didn't think many would want them last time and i just did 15 to lower my total fronts by 10 as I was worried i wouldn't shift 50.

Now the problem at this volume is doing that many rears means I get £300 (10%) less back on the same sheet (accounting for the 5 people from last time who couldn't get rears who I'm trying to do the decent thing for and sell them some rears for £50).

Also the laser cost is 20% higher because I'm cutting more shims - 260 not 216 and #becauseinflation.

I need to float an idea with you. Would the people who take both or rears only pay £10 to cover the postage? Over 25 customers for both and 5 for rears that gives me the 300 back.

I am honestly then in it for nothing after i pay my bro and his boss (who's company makes this possible and gets the material much cheaper than retail) so I would ask those trusting folks among you to pay me by BACS or PayPal friends and family so that's my beer money not paying PayPal fees.

Thoughts?

Thanks guys. Means a lot.

Also a good bit of news, the Titanium supplier had a cancellation so he can ship it tomorrow if I pay tomorrow which I'm happy to do given the interest on this.
