Enjoy, bit icey todayI’m Test driving this one tomorrow!
Wonder if yours was a cancellation? You ordered just after me and I'm still processing (not that I mind I would prefer a spring /summer collection anyway) What did you order?Out of nowhere my GR86 is in Derby. I genuinely stopped looking at the tracker status stuff a few weeks ago when the best guess was my car wouldn't be here until late Spring. I spoke to my dealer (Cheltenham) and they said they don't know when the car will come to them until it arrives one day. They can't even see on their system that it's in Derby.
They said they have a demonstrator but haven't registered it yet...
I’m guessing that’s Listers LincolnArrived late yesterday afternoon at Lincoln, couldn’t resist a quick look this morning as I passed by. Hopefully colour will look better when it’s been prepped and ceramic coated next week.
Also got nice big blank area at the rear for sticking on plate, will post pics of the JDM/US front plate holder when I collect on Wednesday.

Fantastic!I just had to pop out to drop a friend at home, he lives about 15 minutes away. I got home 2 hours later and it's now filthy.
Fantastic!
"Yeah traffic was really bad love (insert colloquial term of affection here); all those Christmas shoppers"
38 Demonstrators on the list so farany idea if the Letchworth black demonstrator has been registered yet? Or are they going to do a Listers Lincoln with a £70k unregistered with 500 delivery miles

Got snowed off!Enjoy, bit icey today
Smell the engine, via OS front wheel bonnet seam. After I’d been out, there was a strong smell of new engine..
If you fancy try the track mode button, I’m not too sure if its been disabled or maybe I didn’t hold it down for 5 sec’s
Just bringing this one back. Apparently there has been a handful of orders on the continent for BRZs. This is from the other forum from those who have actually ordered one. For those who missed the opportunity to buy a new GR86 it might be worth getting cosy with your local Subaru dealer. @Will300 colour dilemma over? WRB?Apparently the Subaru BRZ will be coming to Europe after all. Nothing official, just something I've seen on another thread. For anybody who has not been able to secure a GR86 allocation, it might be worth speaking with your local Subaru dealer?
Did your dealer advise you they will need a GR specialist to do the PDI as well? I thought it was just an excuse they were using to give themselves some time for the handover lol.Fingers crossed that someone in Derby realises it's less that 2 weeks until Christmas and gets some more cars transported to dealers. It's pretty much the last chance they have. I'm hoping it's down by Thursday with either a Saturday collection or the following Tuesday as that's when the GR specialist is back in and it's also my birthday.
Said elsewhere but I'll have them remove wraps, stick on plates but not to clean it. They take it to another franchise to clean and they said it's no different to a normal service wash so that's not happening and should mean less time for PDI. I'll do a contactless wash when it's home then when it warms up a bit do a full decontamination clean and seal. I'll bolt wing on as soon as it's home.
I got a call from David at Guildford letting me know one was coming before it arrived. We then arranged a test drive that suited me. See if you can get hold of David, he was really helpful and arranged it all. Luckily I saved the £50s on this which I can give to British Gas instead! They have been useless for me. How did you manage to get a test drive? Constantly badgering them or did you bung them £50 on the sly to get a drive?
Might go see the Gatwick car as its what I've ordered.
