Still no call from anyone at Toyota, no further emails since order day. Nothing about a build when I log in to Toyota website - it's all exactly the same as it has been since I placed my order. I'm not worried, but it'd be nice to know something. It's a poor organisation job by Toyota UK and continues to take the shine off the experience of buying a 'fun' car. Yawn.
 
Will be 3 weeks on Wednesday & as of this moment still no call, order processing on myT but nothing else since the emails on the 20th, seems to have gone quiet on here regarding the calls, have they stopped calling and are just updating the app?
I wonder if they are not calling as the news isn't good as in the rest of us won't see a car this year?

Staff probably all off sick with a sore throat, hence no updates.

Hopefully its just quiet on here because Toyota UK are busy dealing with some of the other 200 or so non GR-ZOO orders. The info in the follow up email Toyota UK sent me on the 04/05 was...

An August/September delivery would actually be ideal for me as it gives me a little bit more time to save as decided to ditch the PCP and use some savings plus a low interest rate loan. I'm hoping that I receive the call and have a better idea of delivery but might take out the loan and just start paying to secure the lower rate which might not be around for much longer.

Me: "It's been 3 weeks since my last communication from TGB"

Rest of GR Zoo: "Well done!"

Me: "I'm starting to crave more information and want to call TGB,"

Rest of GR Zoo: "Be strong Hudson, we're all in this together, our time will come,"

Dealer contacted me today to advise order confirmed delivery September. All ready on the my Toyota app for 2 weeks ignition red. Happy to with the date almost ideal. Hold on everyone you could be next
 
I'm holding off calling for now, I can see my order on myT now so that's some comfort but the waiting zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz🥱
 
Newbie here, just stumbled across this awesome forum. Wish I found this before ordering with all the info available. Going to be a great resource for years to come for us UK owners.

Ordered 6MT Ignition Red on the 20th April. I was very late to the party as the website was shocking with time out errors & attempting to do finance.
I had confirmation email with ORCA and separate order summary email at 11:12am on 20th April.
Called towards end of day on 20th and spoke with Toyota Buy customer service team. Who confirmed my order, as was a bit perplexed as never ordered a vehicle fully online before.
Had no call even 2 weeks after, so called again, all in hand I was assured by the agent and to await a call but nothing as of yet.
Just got to sit tight and wait I guess..

Look forward to cars arriving in July-October whenever they do arrive!
