So... Toyota GB call me at 10:49 and advise me of an EDD of 2023.
Then... My nominated dealer calls me at 13:52 to advise me that the car has appeared on their system (Compass I think he called it) with an EDD of 12/09/22....

During my call with TGB, they said the system actually showed Sep but it was not accurate at all and They were asked to tell people EDD is 2023.So... Toyota GB call me at 10:49 and advise me of an EDD of 2023.

Ive read that on some US forums , not sure how much difference it would make or the cost ? I'm sure TD offered it.www.gr-zoo.com

@AlexB So far only 8 on here and possibly less than 20 in the U.K. You can add your location to your signature using the link below , @Adam will add you to the Owners Map
With the Stars and Stripes in your signature are you originally from the US

Just to add confusion about the delivery schedule, my welcome call last Friday from Toyota said the ETA was 2023, but today the MyT app confirmed the car is now 'build in progress'...

Some great reviews coming out. Quite a few people kicking themselves that they relied on dealers or the fact there would be more allocations. As much as we all moan about the delays and lack of communication (I’m certainly guilty) it feels like we are going to get something special.
So much so I am thinking of having PPF rather than just ceramic coating

Reminds me in part of the BMW 1M. I believe there were only 500 in the U.K.
Obviously the GR won’t have similar performance but sounds like it’s in a similar exclusive club. Remember the 1M having rave reviews. Silly money now too.

We are getting something very special . With all the 
going on in the world take a moment to reflect, we have several options :1. Be happy, we have an ORCA # , and a car is coming at some point
my choice 2. You are unhappy, tell Toyota you want your £1k back, and be happy
3. You are unhappy, but wait for your car and flip it for a profit, and be happy
4. Didn’t join GR-Zoo.com before 20.04 .2022 And wasn’t aware what was happening
, didn’t get an ORCA, be unhappy 
What’s not to be unhappy about if you have an ORCA
Let’s talk about what we are going to do , modify our cars, etc when we get a VERY special car, even if that’s a way off

I have a feeling some may be waiting till 2024.. it's a two year run sold out in 2hrs x400 cars. They making them now@WWGR86 what was your confirmed order time?
Unless they can get the car to me before the middle of Q3 this year (highly unlikely), I'd prefer a late Q1/early Q2 delivery.
