GR86 Sharkfin antenna

I did pic up my GR86 two weeks ago, its a 2023 with only 30 km on the clock. Its been a showcar for Toyota that I had the chans to by. Love the car in many ways, especilly the look, but one thing I dont like is the large sharkfin on the roof, its in my eyes to big. Do anyone on this forum know if it have anything more than FM/AM included in the antenna? I live in Sweden and I listen mostly on Spotify but when I listen to radio I always use DAB, and if I deside to remove the sharkfin antenna I want to know if I still have the DAB antenna working?

No idea, but where else would the DAB antennae be? Also not sure if the SOS system uses any of the radio equipment. Try the US forums as they have a lot of GR86 and BRZ’s over there

Now I have the answer. The sharkfin antenna is for both FM and DAB, so if I remove the big ugly antenna, I still have the webbradio via Android Auto, and that work perfect, when I dont listen to Spotify.

I thought that the sharkfin antenna also did GPS. However, I have now found GPS is received using a standard GPS puck antenna somehwere in the dash.
