As I was scanning through my Dashcam recordings of today's run, I noticed that the rear camera had caught some interesting footage of the Sun obscured by the thick morning cloud (taken just before the Kincardine Bridge). Here's a screencap from the saved video. Given that normally it's impossible to define it's edges using the naked eye, just look at that big beautiful ball of fire! Makes you appreciate the wonders of the universe dunnit?!

Brief YouTube video created for your viewing pleasure. Okay, it could have been longer, but it probably wouldn't have been wise to publish the more 'progressive' driving that was undertaken for the majority of the trip. So, enjoy this sedate 3 minute extract of today's 3+ hour drive ;)

This is great. Marvellous to see that "other road users' eye view" of GR86s on the move.

I always knew silvers are the fastest (see 1m 25s for proof!) ;)

I think you might be right! @911sse was leading and once those 'National Speed Limit Applies' signs made an appearance it was like looking at his rear bumper through a telescope being held the wrong way round ๐Ÿš—๐Ÿ’จ:oops:๐Ÿ”ญ
Ah that explains it. Anyone who has ever owned an air cooled 911 is a bona fide Driving Godยฎ๏ธ.

...which reminds me - did I ever mention the 993 I used to own?
