I thought I’d been lucky but It seems I do have them after all, my plate is a bit lower so you can only see the bottom 2 holes, not 4 and it is so close to the lower holes that if you are standing the thickness of the plate and standoff from the bumper with the viewing angles mean they are hidden, but crouch down and they are fairly noticeable.Well I picked mine up today, it was pretty filthy and going dark, but as far as I could see mine didn’t have any holes or divots, although they had stuck the plate on a bit lower down than on other cars I’ve seen. Will investigate in the morning.
Hello there,Hello.
Do the UK models have the autodimming rear view mirror and blind spot monitoring?
Hello there,
The UK models do indeed have blind spot monitoring (in the form of little amber lights in the wing mirrors); they work very well in my (500 miles so far) experience.
No auto dimming rear view mirror, unfortunately.
You are most welcome, I've had my car for a week and a half now so beginning to get to know it a little.Thank you for the info. I have only been able to look at a static demo without the keys so could not check the blind spot. Noticed the old school mirror and was a bit suprised. I assume theres a simple retrofit if you really wanted though.
Or is there rain sensors etc to contend with as well?
AgreedI really like the lack of some things!
Rain sensors are poo and I can lift my arm to flip the mirror personally!
