Aside from looking a bit lame has anyone else tried a car with scissor doors?

Ridiculously impractical! I'm tall but the door is 100% sitting in place you need to stand to get in the car!
I had to scurry inside basically on hands and knees like a rat. Classy

I think this is why we don’t see them on production cars any more.
Gull wing however work much better.
