Unless you're dumb enough to have your car recovered to the dealership with a roll cage, tow points and event number sticker fitted I really don't see any cause for concern. I don't understand some people's obsession with finding ways to prove their warranty is void. Use it, enjoy it, if it breaks within warranty recover it to the dealership.
How can Toyota prove it went on track though? GR86 has no way or recording telemetry as far as I know.
The GR86 also comes with a Track mode and button. How do they get around that?
The reply's you get from these Toyota emails are just basic gibberish to cover themselves and have no real legal standing.
