GR Yaris HKS Oil filters

[Michael Knight]

has anyone dug into details of HKS oil filters?
GR Yaris takes thread pitch 3/4-16 UNF. In theory filter 52009-AK011 could fit as it is almost the same size (1mm difference) to AK017, but HKS says spesificly its not suitable.

HKS recommends part
52009-AK017

for GR yaris, but its poorly available in EU.

Any expererinece wyh AK011 wouldn't work and if someone is selling AK017 for decent price in EU?

I am running a Ryco Nano fibre filter on my GR and because I am running an oil cooler the sandwich plate is a little larger with a wider base meaning there is a wide selection
