Yes, it’s toe in front and back. The does car feels more sharp now. The steering is really direct.
I don’t think I’d want to increase camber further for my use on road.
 
That's a lot of toe in. The car must feel lazy :(
It’s actually the opposite. The car feels really sharp with more direct steering.

People often think that toe in front slows the steering down, but it’s actually the opposite.
If you think about it, it’s the outside wheel that takes most of the weight when cornering. As this is already toeing in, it’s already helping turn the car. This is of course provided that you have enough camber.
I think @Onehp mentions this in another thread.
I was actually talking to a suspension specialist who used to work in Prodrive and was responsible for setting up the Subaru P1, Subaru RB320 as well as the RB5 and he confirmed that he used a lot of toe in on these cars as it made them much more responsive as well as stable under braking.
