GR86 GR86 - On Display at MR2 National Day (29/05)

I was looking at the Supra too which looked like Electric Blue and asked if it was Electric Blue but the staff member didn't think it was, and I think in hindsight he was probably right. good job as it wasn't metallic either :pIt was for sale for £58k too, looked a lot bigger than the 86 and yet only 2 seats, poor value in comparison (if you ignore the performance difference:D)

Did you see the LC? That made the Supras (old and new) it was next too look tiny in comparison! My first time seeing one up close, I was a little taken aback just how big they are.
 
Good pics. Rear speakers look an easy change, presumably the rest are too. Head unit is the head unit and will be way more advanced to what I currently have. Will be the first time I can even use Android Auto so all my music can be off my phone too.

I noticed that too. I don't understand how US Premium cars get the proper Duck tail spoiler & we get the base spoiler even though our cars are Premium!!
 
The info sheet also mentions servicing at 10000 or yearly, whichever comes first, which is something I hadn't seen so far. Although I was thinking it would be something like this.
 
Re the duck tail - it probably (negatively) affects WLTP figures and may have tipped the list price over the magic number - i.e. they were treading a fine line on cost and CO2 emmissions.

It's also odd that it's stuck on to a separate peice that looks like it was intended to be replaceable. I wonder if the aftermarket will come up with something that replaces that whole boot lip section.
