You'd think wouldn't you. I had a call for a Toyota survey today - they're calling me back, but the feedback won't be the best.

I wouldn’t hold out much hope of the survey doing much. My father in law (also waiting on a car) spoke with them a couple of nights ago, he said they had to get a pen and paper to write down his responses. When he queried as he expected it all to be online they confirmed they were physically writing down the responses! 🙄
 
I got the survey call today, it got to”this call is being recorded” and I just told her to forget it, not happening. A shame really as I’d have been quite happy to give the dealership some credit.

I'm not expecting it to do anything for me. Maybe they'll look at the overall results to get a feeling of how well the online sales is working, and if the results aren't as good as they like they might tweak things for future sales.
 
Does anyone know the phone number the survey is?
I've had a couple of 0131 calls in the evening lately that have shown as spam, but maybe it was them?

Ah, so that's who that was. I also ignored it, away on holiday at the moment anyway.

Same here. Took about 5 minutes answering the usual “On a scale of 1 to 10, where 1 is shite and 10 is mint, how would ….”.
I gave mostly 10s where appropriate and N/A to a lot of others, with ‘better, more detailed order tracking’ as a suggested improvement.

Yep it was them. My wife spoke to them while I was cutting the grass and said she didn’t understand why they were calling as I still don’t have the car 😀
 
Who else is hoping for September delivery?

My car landed at Portbury off Durban Highway on 9/8/23, but no updates since.

I have asked Toyota if I need to do anything further and they advised they will only request payment once it lands at dealer .
