FYI Motorway and Carwow seem to give better prices for your PX.

I've gone with Motorway today too. So far they are £650 more than BMW and Evans Halshaw even taking any scuffs into account.

Try Carwow also, I found them £200 better than Motorway.

I'll get on it first thing in the morning. My wife got her 1 series back when cars depreciated normally. July 2020 bought for £14,599 and 3 years on all the part ex prices are £13k-£14k. Not done bad at all!

Toyota online said about 3 weeks from Portbury docks, to Toyota Derby factory for PDI then to the dealer.

That has lined up roughly with mine. Landed around July 5th in Bristol and getting sent to the dealer tomorrow.
With 2 cars showing on the MyT App and both showing as 'Left the Factory', I made a call to the online team. "Yeah, end of August" he says. "So is it in the UK or on a boat?" I enquire getting all excited. "Oh, that looks strange" he replies, "can I put you on hold for a minute?". The mind starts whirring with thoughts of a 'lost order' and whether I should throw myself to the floor in a tantrum in the hope of getting a free beanie hat and a biro - It turns out my Magnetite Grey Auto is still awaiting a build slot, putting my estimated delivery at the end of October/early November. I wonder if the ATs will be the last GR86s off the line then?

I see Durban Highway is off the coast of Crete and due at Livorno, Italy 31st July and then on to Portbury 6th August. Hopefully my car will be available early in September

Has anybody sold with Motorway before? Got an offer a good £500 more than any other part ex I've been offered but still no date of handover yet. Tried calling the dealer 5 times in the last two days and been promised a call back and nothing... I don't want to accept and it be collected early next week and my wife stuck without a car for a further two weeks. Wondered how long they typically take to come and collect the car. I have until 3pm today to accept it but don't want to be locked in to a sale until I get a date from Toyota ideally.

It usually takes 3-5 working days for collection, they use self employed drivers that will do a quick inspection then call the dealer to do your bank transfer.
I've used them twice and had no issues.
Call Motorway if you can't get through to the dealer.
I would say they are arranging the collection with the transport firm, it would likely be end of the week.
But that's the deal isn't it, you got a better price, but you'll have to manage for a few days.
Have a think about what needs doing and plan how to organise it.
Consider hiring a car for a few days from someone like Enterprise it's approx £50 a day.
5 days car hire and your still £250 better off.

Brother sold his car through Motorway to a dealer in Leeds, Redline. Offered him top money and came all way down to Essex to collect. No issues at all, was 3 weeks ago. How long they take to collect will depend on the dealer that buys it I guess. (Was collected by Redline employee).

Ordered my Red MT GR86 on 27/07 and is currently in the red sea somewhere aboard the MIRACULOUS ACE. Estimated for collection in September.
Went for a test drive with a dealership in Leeds earlier today and while it wasn't a great route, I loved the car. Gear stick feels really mechanical, it's lovely, clutch bite is high and pedals are light as others report, nothing I'd want to change though. Ultimately its just a load of fun to drive, and I feel very lucky to have been able to order one, can't wait to get/drive mine.

I ordered recently too and on My Toyota I can only see order processing... I've tried viewing the source code to see detail about my order but (maybe because I'm on a Mac) I can't see much
Maybe I'll call Toyota next week for an update
Whoops my order was actually 27/06, that was a typo. Still a good idea to call them, have you had your welcome call?

All booked in for collection Friday lunchtime pending sorting the money side over the phone with Toyota on Monday. It's my wife's car but I still can't wait!
