Congratulations on going into build, Im a fellow 10.44 er and Ive had the car since March 2nd, It was in UK mid February...I dont really understand how they are dealing with the time order allocation thing, I know of another 10.44 er that has theirs too!!
Im 1200 miles in already and you will absolutely love it when you finally receive yours.

I don't think there's much logic to the order processing/build slots, great to hear how amazing you're finding your GR86! 😍 I still need to test drive one!
 
Just called my dealership - they're saying that the duckbill spoiler has to be organised through Toyota. That's a load of bull isn't it? I'm sure I've read everyone else has sorted it through their dealers...

Talked to my dealer a few weeks ago and they said they were happy to organise it for me.

Yes. It’s done through the dealer on a separate invoice as dealer fitted option.

I would highly recommend paying for it when it goes into build and storing at home.

Apparently they schedule delivery just before estimated arrival to save storage. This delayed my handover by a few days.

They did, and thats where Toyota fell over a bit again in the process, they could have had it to dealer by mid Feb, but didnt, informed me it was at dealers around a week later, then didnt book PDI with dealer so they had no interest in doing that as they had their own sales that they make money on to sort, so I told them to hang on and register 23 plate!!
I would advise keep the comms going with online and then start talking to dealer who will start working with you...well mine did and fair play to them.
