Arrived just in time for Christmas. Kudos to the salesman Ziggy at Steven Eagell Luton picking the car up from the Radlett depot and prioritising the PDI so it was ready to collect today.

Communication from Toyota Online was also great today and really on the ball.

No I just got mine allocated, I was told what it was when I called to find out if there was a delivery date. Think they are all just preallocated

I've been lurking on here since the start checking most days for updates since placing the order! Finally collected my car today.

Liking it so far, just need to get through the first 1000 miles so I can start using it properly.

I have asked to choose my plate before it’s registered. There is a note on the account (along with no screwing the plates on or removing the protective film) so will be interesting to see if they ask me.

I did the same. They called when they were ready to do it and emailed through a list with 40 or so reg's on it for me to choose from. It worked as I had a few minutes available so I could email him straight back. It was a live list so was changing all the time.

Still showing as Portbury, didn’t think it would take that long to drive from Derby to South Wales plus the dealer is closed until Wednesday now!

Oh really? That’s odd, usually it reverts to Portbury when it’s scanned out and loaded on a transporter, then updates a few hours later to the dealer. Hope yours shows up soon!

Collected my car today finally! That clutch is something to get used to! I’ll practice more tomorrow.

Also, I was told that the maintenance prices at my dealership hasn’t been set and will only set in the new year

No spec lottery he had them retrofitted.

Wait, are dealers only sticking the spoilers on? I thought they had to be bolted down…

My dealer phoned me to ask if I was happy for them to drill the boot lid to fit the spoiler. I think it's by exception if you want them to do it by tape only.
