Same here. 10:06 order, paid in last week of November based on a fictitious delivery date. Last ETA was 28th December. I've had the same cancellation thoughts too but if you do that then someone else who hasn't had six months of crap will get your car and either enjoy it or flip it for £5k profit and you'll have nowt other than memories of Toyota GB's hopelessness.
 
Think I might book another test drive this weekend just to get some sort of experience in the car again before Christmas!

This is my dilemma. It’ll be nice to drive it again (maybe even take my partner this time) but will it end up making the next few weeks even worse? Only time will tell.

Same for me, I wish I hadn't rushed to get the payment out to Toyota. It always seems to be "we expect it to make it to the transporter tomorrow or the next day".

Good idea, and the test drive might be better than your own car - no rev limit. I have been taking the long route everywhere to get it run in asap! The engine is surprisingly quiet below 4k revs..
 
Got a surprise phone call from my GR centre today.

T: “We’re calling you to let you know that your GR86 has arrived earlier than expected”
Me: ‘What??? Really? I wasn’t expecting it until much later, OMG, I’m so happy, I don’t have a car right now so this is amazing news. Are you sure?’
T: “That’s great, no need to worry I’m looking at it right now, in its vibrant red”
- - Silence - -
Me: ‘I ordered electric blue’
T: “I’m so so sorry we must have got the order details mixed up”

Someone go pick up your red GR86 from Gatwick 😐😐😐
