This is the reason I’m not paying and waiting for them to deliver the car first to my dealer. I have zero trust in their scheduled dates or might be dates.

Crazy they have been sitting in the country for 6 months now. Officially it needs an oil change in 6 months time. Can imagine the paint will need a bit of correction after sitting with some wrap next to the A50, summer heat wave & bird cr@p. Just got to hope the young lad with his bucket doesn’t have a go at cleaning it once it arrives at the dealer :ROFLMAO:

I've said on almost every call not to clean it. It's top of their list. Still 50-50 about leaving wraps on but I'll be detailing myself.

I'll be contacting them tomorrow and asking for a refund given they took my money based on a lie. The first person I spoke to, a new starter, said end of December, it was only when I spoke to one of the regulars that I was told 2nd December. I guess the new person hasn't yet had the "How to talk BS to customers" training.
 
Has anyone who is buying on finance and order around the 10:07 mark had a delivery update from Toyota Buy Online?

I spoke to them a couple of weeks ago, and during the call they re-proposed me for finance (I passed). I also emailed them last week asking for a delivery update and when I need to e-sign forms etc, have heard nothing back.

I'm a 10:07 too. No mention of finance on the last call, only that I'd get emails shortly. They also said WC the 5th which is from tomorrow so they'd better hurry up.

My dealer said mine is DUE with them on the 5th (tomorrow) so fingers crossed yours arrives then as well.

I've had no more paperwork through other than "we've received the payment for your car" email.

(mine is a 10.04 order FWIW)

I've had nothing asking for the deposit yet. Reminded them on the phone that I wanted a value on the part ex and they sent the link to take the photos, etc. Nothing back on that yet. It's not critical to completing as I have the cash so asked would it delay as if it would I wouldn't bother part exing and they said no and there was no harm in doing the valuation as you aren't obligated to take it. The process (whatever that is) will happen as it does.

Once the dealer got my car I got a final invoice detailing the individual costs of everything involved in the on road price of the vehicle.

But other than that I don’t think I got anything by to actually sign on the my Toyota app. It was all done on at the dealer once the car pdi was complete on a Toyota online app on the dealers phone.

I’m a 10.42 order, I rang Toyota up and I was told my car has gone into build, however, MyT and Toyota website are still showing ‘processing’. Apparently it might not update until a VIN is allocated. Either that or I was just told incorrect information over the phone.
 
My dealer was expecting car at the weekend, I’m guessing Hermes were delivering and it’s been “temporarily misplaced”. No word from ToyotaGB asking for payment and no update to app.

Would be great if it could come by this weekend as I have time to collect. That and I’m getting overly impatient

Have you checked your safe place? It might be at the neighbours? Or chucked over the garden gate?

Wherever it is, it's with mine too. Was supposed to be at the dealers on Saturday but they've gone very quiet on me.
