Mine is a10:32 order - just received email - "build in progress" yay.
I'm not far behind you and I was actually hoping mine would be middle of next year-ish (I know I'm weird!) only because I got a stop gap car and wanted to get to know it a bit so don't need the 86 to arrive just yet. Oh well, first world problems :ROFLMAO:

Like it in Grey too! Interesting it's on a different plate to the others. Registered locally? One one of the calls they said ours wouldn't be.

BD is Birmingham so presumably the dealer has registered it. Customer cars are being registered by Toyota Online so they'll have plates local to there I think? GP to GY. It'd be good if they all started with GR.

One can only assume they will be releasing additional batches of cars, why else give demos to dealers and run training days?
Unless it's to placate them and give them a little knowledge to help us at handover (not that we need it but not getting into that argument again). The cars will no doubt come through as used over the next few years so need to know about it.

Lame concern I know, but I hope the chin spoiler on the front bumper is higher than the average kerb, an Elise S2 I had many years ago had similar profile and you only have to make the mistake once to ruin the front chin :-(
I was going to do PPF but having had experience of it while great to prevent chips, if it does get scuffed then its an expensive fix and resided myself to smart repair/bumper resprays when needed....

GT86 one was quite low. It would clear most kerbs in England but I’d be careful not to go over any kerbs with these cars. These cars are quite low and can hardly clear some of the aggressive speed bumps especially ones in private lands from my experience

I’ve been dealing with Callum! Weird how we’re getting differing information though… rang them this morning and reception person said they’re getting it 16th/17th and it should be ready 18th.
So I just called into Marshall’s as I’m off work and was passing….and they’ve just taken delivery of their demonstrator! I had a quick look at it but it was covered in all the stickers and looking very dirty etc …. So I’m hoping to get my test drive on the weekend!

Amazing, hoping I’ll be down this weekend for it as well then! I’m off work today and tomorrow as well so would be ideal. Thanks for the info.

Just spoke to Bristol North. They are expecting their demo tomorrow and will need 4-5 days to prep it before test drives begin. They are expecting my car to be delivered to them on 2nd of December.
