GR86 GR86 Delivery Tracking and Collection thread

Who will be The First U.K. Owner to take delivery 🤔 Another question for everyone is how do we decide who is actually “The First” to take delivery if there is more than one on D(delivery) Day 🤔😉

See my sig for the dates but it thinks it should be in the country 22nd Sept which is roughly 30 days which makes sense, plus a few stops.
It's possibly one for these, more likely the first one as it's in the China sea now and saw mention of Livorno as being one of the stops

Any idea what the total transit time is? I read about 28 days somewhere (maybe on the Yaris forum).
If so I'm expecting mine to arrive in the country around the 4th September.

Yeah, I've had a look at that already.
On mine, the left location date from the factory bit was 04/08/2022.
The left location date for the next section (Portbury) is 04/09/2022.

But if the actual transit time is 28 days, then it might even arrive in the country a tad earlier than that. Not that it matters much, but my whole life now resolves around just waiting for this car to arrive :p

Same :ROFLMAO: I think +/- a week for port date is probably expected, then a new date for Derby will appear. MyT didn't update until a day after it left and it hadn't updated at 7am this morning when I checked but had changed after 9am.

Giving me flashbacks to nearly 2 weeks ago driving past a camera van with the needle between 35 and 40 in a 30 limit
Waze is your friend 👍 it must be good the CEO won’t set off unless it’s hooked up in her car 🤣

I do use that, but it was small local journey on a road I use all the time so had no reason to have it on... it's a known spot for them too!

Been thinking about the VIN and the last digits. If that's sequential then if the 4400 world wide figure is to be believed then they don't have that many more to make.

Heh, I found my way in from the GR Yaris sub board but mine also sailed on the 23rd. I'd been stalking the Nagoya Dock for a while. The ship that was at the correct berth on the 23rd was Porgy (it has carried GR Yaris in the past). The only one that was up at a slightly more northerly dock was Cassiopeia Leader, but that's heading to China, whereas the Porgy is heading directly to Suez. The only slight concern is neither of these are on the Bristol Port Foward Movements manifest.

Sounds like the GR86 and the GR Yaris are on the same boat anyway, all your other details seem to match mine (estimated arrival dates at Portbury, Derby and to dealer etc)

Wait is excruciating, still looks to be mid October delivery, but not a peep from Toyota, maybe hear something as we get into September....

May spin down my dealer at some point to only ask what do I do for part ex. I could sell it privately but I really don't want the hassle.
