Cheers mate! Looking at this pics the new car seems to still have a carbon roof. The nasty side of me was hoping GR would dump the carbon roof and Ali panels on the facelift ala GR Corolla. You know, keep the Mk1 the homologation car and all that.

Could be a carbon wrap over a steel roof!? Now that would be hilarious.

The autobox for sure will necessitate an additional cooler. And then it makes sense to add another engine oil cooler on the other side which iirc was mentioned as one of the upgrades. Not sure those bumpers are the final aesthetics though.

So you think that the lights are going out, but there is an oil cooler? I can't imagine that for stupid Europe. But that would be good .

But to me it looks more like a homemade craft. 5 minutes of work with a saw.

Yep, the white one is an early very well seen auto box test mule as tested in several JP rallies afaik.

Yep, I do feel a bit salty getting my car a month before the facelift is announced.

Agree. I'd be mighty pi$$ed off if I were in that position.I'd probably be annoyed enough to cancel. Will be interesting to see if this new model will be unlimited in numbers, which will make it way less special as a purchase proposition.

A lot of assumptions there. This car could be JPN only, could not exist or numerous other scenarios. Save being annoyed for tomorrow.
