GR Yaris (Gen 2) GR Yaris Mk2 (MY2024->)

Question: do your steering wheel controllers radio/infotainment work with Android auto? Because my buttons only work with bluetooth or the radio.
I mean when i'm listening to music vía YTB and Android auto it's impossible to skip the music or the ads. And they do work with the bluetooth.
My phone IS a Pixel 9 pro.
Thanks for the help guys

Dont have any issues with carplay, but tbh I've never tried skipping ads on YT with it :ROFLMAO: Most of the time I am using spotify and audible, works without issues.

My 2026 MT has left the factory a few days ago. Let's see how long it takes before it arrives in Sweden.
Anyone knows how to know which ship my car will be on? I've seen the thread here about tracking ships, but how do you actually know which one my GRY will be on?

Ordered at the dealer and in Toyota system: 18-10-2025
Order being processed: 22-12-2025
Production started: 10-01-2026
Left factory: 16-01-2026
On the way: not yet showing in the app.

I snipped mine with assistance of our importer from general Toyota megahub in Koln, so never had experience with tracking my car on ships :ROFLMAO:

You will probably be on Undine Highway. Which will dock in Nagoya later today. As yours left the factory on 16th you just missed being on Thor Highway which left Nagoya on the 15th. Undine highway is due in Zeebrugge on 8th march, where she will unload. Your car will move to a smaller ship which then transports it to Malmo.

You might be on a non kline ship which departs before Undine highway. Your app will update once ship has set sail and left Nagoya. If you keep a look on vessel finder and look at ships docked at Nagoya e5, you can guess which ship it will be.

Thanks @Euge! Great info! I'll keep a close eye on the app. Taking delivery in April will be soon enough for me. Just at the end of winter and in the meantime the garage is getting a big make over. So no rush... ;) 😇

You are on a similar time line to me, just mine was on a boat this time 2 years ago a week or so before yours. Mine was delivered end of March ready for Easter weekend - but it did have an extra boat from Malmo to Tallinn.

Normal on every frameless window - prevents shattering while closing.
Maybe I explained myself badly or I didn't understand the answer, basically when you close the door the glass goes up but goes back down a few mm, as if the seals were pushing it down

Probably my bad, didn’t read your post properly, sorry.
I’d say, if it goes down after the door is closed (can you then put the window up again?) your dealership should take a look.
I think actuator is the tech term for the unit controlling the window.

Unfortunately, using the translator I think I'm having a hard time explaining myself... sorry 🥲

It even has a rainwater collection system, plus a minus of 45Nm.
So it must be good for the environment.
And it has a proper stick thingy. Well, two!

Now, what if it comes in only second at the launch start?!?

@markku: come on, you can do this! It’s only money!

Left hand Drive vertical wand. Hope they do this as a retro fit for Gen1.

If the interior of the GRY can be considered plasticky, how might you define the trim around that handbrake?
