GR Yaris GR Yaris Hybird turbo from GCG Japan

does the spark plug/engine know what coil gives the electricity? I would assume no.
but much cheaper than tuning coils for GR spesific if its direct bolt on?
Yes it matters a lot.
You have to tune the dwell time to the specific coilpacks you use, otherwise the spark might be too weak or too strong to the point the coils get too hot.
Thats only possible to tune with a standalone ecu.

Friends race car get featured by GCG Japan
Power by GCG28R and Ecuteck custom map
Fell behind on this thread, just for clarity is this tuned on ecutek with stock ECU or standalone?, I assume the latter

I’ve heard from some users that they are having trouble with ecu Tek maps on track. Basically when at it, the ecu does not deliver full power due to temperatures changing ignition maps and stuff and as a result not showing much performance over a stock map. Have you or your friend experienced something similar?
