GR Yaris Ethanol blends E85

Yes it's possible and becoming more common practice. You need 97% pure ethanol or greater ideally. I would keep to less than 1/3 ethanol myself as stock injectors will likely run out of duty at higher concentration.

The GR Corollas can be tuned up to E70 with stock fuel system on stock turbo. You’ll need to upgrade the stock port injectors if you want to run E70 with an upgraded turbo. The stock LPFP is honestly very good and does not need to be replaced :)

Ive worked with tuners that wont run injectors past 85% duty as the spray pattern goes to shit (Honda in this case). I'm also curious about how far the combined OE injector duty can be pushed on this platform.

One more question. I'm guessing you put the ethanol first, then pump the gas to get a more uniform mixture? Or do you have to mix it in a separate container and then pump the mix into the tank?

I don't really like the idea of playing around with two highly flammable liquids lol.
