Hello
why do you think some of these cars are coming damaged,are they damaged on the ship/or when they get to the port.I have had numerous new cars and never had any damage to them.
 
Not sure where they are getting damaged,they all go to Toyota Burnaston to be checked first then to the dealer.The dealer does the pdi inspection and it still has the protective wrapping on when it arrives at the dealer,so how can they check the paintwork at Burnaston with the wrap still on.
 
Several up here have revealed damage when the protective film has been removed for PDI. It's one of the reasons my local detailer requests it is removed at the dealership and paintwork/wheels inspected before the car is taken to them. I've got everything crossed that mine turns up okay because I will reject it otherwise.
