Summary data table available coil overs for GR Yaris into one table. Spring rates, piston sizes, adjustability on setup and height.
If you have a set and more detail please update on the thread so I can fill the table.

After some data crunching looks like H&R and Öhlins use much stiffer spring rates as other setups.
If anyone has details on Bilstein B16 it would be appreciated as it is interesting kit aswell!

edit - could be my eyes are lying but by looking of the detailed pics of Bilstein kit, it appears to have text 200 - 60 there so assuming it to be 60N/mm..

Shout out for BC Racing? I was sorely tempted by these earlier this year, after other users on here had some good reviews on them on track. Spring ratios vary depending on options you go for but between 50 to 80 F/R, cylinder diameters 52/46 IIRC and pretty sure height adjustment was -25 to -45mm (happy to be corrected on all of these figures). Price wise, very competitive at £1000 up to £1600.

Thats what i found on the NTP website. There seems to be another coilover set.

"Toyota GR Yaris B16 PSS10

The development was done entirely within the NTP company, starting from 3D drawings up to construction up to assembly and fine-tuning together with 3 Italian preparers.
In addition to the set-ups that can be tailor-made for cars participating in the Time Attack or that will be used as forklifts for Rally (or other uses for this small rocket), there are the set-ups for road-sport use in 3 options:
Bilstein B16 PSS10
Adjustable in height and calibration, the latter adjustable by means of a 10-click lever that adjusts extension and compression in parallel.
The setups are plug-and-play, consisting of Bilstein shock absorbers, Eibach springs and mounting plates. There is also the possibility of adjusting the front camber."

"Toyota GR Yaris MDS

Bilstein MDS 2-way
Adjustable in height and calibration, the latter adjustable by means of two 10-click levers, one controls the extension and one the compression.

Added the BC kits. Looks initially at least good value.
ER kit has different information on spring rates, description says 5kg but option selection states 8kg so that is bit confusing.

Ohlins R&T are 3,060 plus VAT unless I’m mistaken. Are the other ones with or without VAT on the table? BOS is 4039 VAT included.

BTW Bos hifi kit's (+15k€) for gravel use 40Nm/mm front and 50Nm/mm rear spring rates, whereas for tarmac kit has 55Nm/mm and 74Nm/mm. . .(front / rear)

Yes, just to add a note that in this case, the rear is a coilover, while in the track/circuit kit they keep the spring separate as the OEM suspension.

updated some figures on the table. Bigem has nice stroke lenghts, 210mm front and rear 160mm (effective 300mm on wheel).

as for the record haven't gotten any details on that Bilstein PSS nor MDS kits neither from DE or Italy. Maybe not the best way to sell products but cannot complain.
If anyone has better luck please share

Drove to the Nürburgring Nordschleife on sunday. Had 3 rounds with Daniel from HRNSHN Racing in his Yaris to get a feeling for the H&R Clubsport suspension and H&R swaybars. It was in no means too hard for my feelings. It felt like even my stock Clio 3 RS Cup suspension was stiffer. It was such a nice ride. Never experienced something like this before. We had a 8min10s pace since it was so full at the racetrack. The cornerspeeds we had and the trust in the grip of the car he had was mindblowing to me. In round 3 we had a "oh shit" moment when Captain Gaskrank (fastest Gr Yaris driver on the Nordschleife) lost some fluids on the racetrack with his M3. We slided with all 4 wheels but Daniel just maneuvered us safely out of this. I was scared before that the H&R Clubsport could be too stiff for me for using it on the daylie drive. But its really fine for me. So i will probably buy this suspension in the near future in combination with the swaybars.

Discussed today with Bigem fellows - they're now building few setups for Rally SM5 class. Both 1-way, 2-way , 3-way and 4-way is available, so their kit is rather customizable per need. External reservoirs and hydraulic bump stops can be added if needed. Tech guy recommended 45mm piston front and rear for my (mixed) use case. Coil stiffness is testable per driver preference as no cost option.

Rally SM5 require that rear springs stay in their original pos. Bigem can deliver both options.

I can give a little feedback.
Got the H&R Clubsport in combination with the H&R anti roll bars installed by @Phil1291 last weekend. The H&R Clubsport gets delivered with the Nürburgring Nordschleife Setup which should be hardness level 4/10. This is harder/stiffer a good amount over OEM. This could probably be optimized by going more towards 2/10. But i have to say the feeling when driving fast is so much better now. Exactly how i wanted it. You have a much better feeling for the connection from your car to the road. The understeer has gone. But this doesnt mean that the car oversteers now. It just perfectly drives with the corner.
So if you can tolerate a little less comfort i can highly recommend these two modifications.

Got the Eventuri and HJS Downpipe installed aswell which also didnt disappointed me. The Eventuri just let you smile.

im pretty sure kw v3 and kw clubsport have different spring rates.
