GR Yaris Coilovers

I think KW will be best option for my use case as its not full race car.
KW v3 is soft compared to competitors (5kg front and 4kg rear), but assuming it can be adjusted with low speed compression it will suit my application. Car is not far off being neutral enough.

@GottGry How did they tolerate scandi winter? I got now hooked into track driving and planning to upgrade suspension. Interested also hearing what spring ratios did you took?

- MCA Reds - best for track use as you can order them with custom spring ratios but unsure how they tolderate scandi weather as I also use car in winter.

Any recommendations to what way to go?
I only use my car in the summer, so no clue how they hold up in salt and slosh
I don't know the springrate, but I know the Wiborg spec for MCA is ~2-3x the springrate of the Öhlins, you will not be able to sip from a coffe mug while driving 🤐

If you buy MCA from Wiborg Engineering the best buying point is that you also can get them to set up your car (corner-w and geo) and then get their support for future adventures. They run the race-team/race-shop, specializing in calculation of suspension design and setups for others (car manufacturers + race-teams + racers). Fredrik has the outright track records for nearly all tracks with the teams timeattack car, he is so supreme he runs outside of the competition.

yeah that's a valid argument. I've set up corner weights previously so understand bit of the talks also. But need to see what is best path at the moment. Due to love of gravel and undulations I might lean towards softer package than full track kit, we just need to but bigger balls in the vehicle to overcome grip issues vs. competition!
