Cars & Coffee Cheshire is based at Chester Lakes on the outskirts of Chester near to the English/Welsh border. (CH4 9LQ)

This is a large, well organised free event and they have offered to let GR-Zoo have it's own display area. (y) So our enclosure is to showcase GR Yaris, Supra & Yaris GRMN models.

This is a static event with zero tolerance to any form of anti-social behaviour, so if you drive like a loon then please stay at home.

Tickets are required (no cost) and limited to 25 for our display - the event officially is between 09:00-12:00 and subject to support afterwards we could organise a drive over the border, perhaps to the Horseshoe Pass near Llangollen which is less than 1 Hr away.

Book directly on the Cars & Coffee Cheshire Eventbrite page - select 13th March and use the GR-Zoo (March) drop down to secure your place.
Please update this thread once you have booked your place and although this has been organised for the GR-Zoo forum, if you know of people who are not yet registered here, then let them know about it.

Drinks and food are available on the day, or stop off on the way at McDonalds. The event is completely free to attend, although they do normally have some form of fundraiser for a local charity.

For more details of the location then visit the link below.

A selection of cars that attended in October can be found below.

Any questions then let me know.

Chris

For those in the North West, would be good to see a full house in March - remember to reserve your ticket here.
This is a free event and potential for a drive into Wales after the meet.

Should have some confirmed numbers from C&C later, but we may have more than what's on the list here. :)
So although this isn't until next month, if you are lurking and want to be part of the GR Pack, then get your name down.

Apparently we have 9 cars attending so far, which is excellent. (y)

Still room for more if you fancy a trip out and hopefully we'll have 20+ on show.

List updated. (y)

Chatting with the C&C Cheshire organiser and we have the option to make this a regular event.

I don't want to organise it every month and then it loses it's appeal, but at the same time I appreciate the more dates means more Meets and the attendance and availability for everyone will be different, so someone who can't attend in March may be fine for the April date.

So, if we can do it and I appreciate this is just for C&C Cheshire should we look at

Monthly
Every other month
Quarterly (every 3 months)
Biannualy (couple of times per year)

Discussion can continue on this thread and remember you don't have to be local to attend. ;)

I think I'd like to come first and see how it is. It's 40 miles for me, so not particularly far and I do like the sound of it. I think a quarterly or bi monthly could be a way forward.
