Here is my mod list for my GR Corolla
1. Artec 400 turbo
2. Kelford A cams
3. Kelford valve springs
4. Denstoj rocker retainers
5. SXTH intake and Velossa intake scoop
6. Forge motorsport turbo inlet
7. Mishimoto FMIC and charge pipes
8. Weldspeed intake manifold
9. Limit+1 downpipe and midpipe with resonator added
10. Remark resonated center exit exhaust
11. Lamspeed Fuel Rail
12. Bosch 1050cc port injectors
13. Ecutek Flexfuel etune by Graham at Boosted Performance
Car has about 20,000 miles on it and of those 17,000 miles are with the Artec turbo and Kelford cams.
The car was running very well on E50 Flexfuel tune couple days ago when it wouldn’t go above 5psi of boost. I had two codes that were P006D-62 and P106A-62. We did a smoke test and everything is on tight and the codes never came back. The car runs normally with no smoke or weird noises, just not normal boost.
We are going to run a compression test on the car next week (rule out the worst) and throw on a set of fresh OEM spark plugs. I’ve been using the original set of plugs for 20k miles so I’m due for a new set especially with the Bosch port injector problems (repaired) and now being on E50. I think the ECU is detecting a weak spark and cutting boost. Any thoughts? Thanks!
