GR86 Brake Discs

This may sound like a very stupid question….but has anyone else noticed their discs show surface rust quickly? My car is parked outside and obviously the weather has been poor recently but the discs on the GR86 seem to look rusty much quicker than our other 2 cars. Is it maybe because the alloys show more of the discs and I’m just noticing it more?

Same here,
I only drive at the weekends and I have started noticing it a lot. In the brake pedal feels like the disks are dirty, however after driving a little bit it goes away.
Now I start to believe that it might be indeed because of the rust.

Think it's probably this. All bare iron discs will rust in minutes when exposed to water. I haven't noticed the discs rusting any quicker on the GR than on our other car.

I drive everyday so my disks seem OK. Calipers have taken a battering from the salt though
