Do any of you like me have a box of Shame that you are collecting of half installed, maintenance, or still in package mods and upgrades, interior and exterior for your car?
Do you find yourself buying things for the car but have no time even on the weekends to install any of them because of real life?

If so post your Box of Shame! Or maybe not because it's very embarassing. 🤣
 
Not an issue I have with the car but I’ve amassed an alarming collection of mountain bike related “spares” I seem to developed a borderline psychotic habit of trapping myself in a never ending upgrade, fettle and frame swap cycle.

There’s no one box, there are countless boxes scattered in various places in the garage and cupboards in the house 😅

Yep, I lost count of the stuff I have waiting. Some more than a year old
 
As above; my garage is littered with things I have bought and either didn't get around to fitting or, just thought better of it. I've actually 'lost' most of the smaller items in amongst other stuff that I don't ever use. Sometimes I've had to re-buy an item that I couldn't find because I put it in a safe place ...
 
Yup, got a Chargespeed Type 2 lip kit sitting in the garage for months. Still in two minds about fitting it... didn't read the small print and it came as unpainted FRP, whoops lol.
 
Yes, currently sitting in the ‘86’ box of shame for that mythical ‘free time’ moment! 🤦🏼‍♂️

For the 86 I've got a few bits lurking: LED lamp kit, boot closing strap, air vent chrome surrounds, rear light tint, but my most shameful item is a Torsen Diff for my 4x4 truck which has been in the workshop for, I'm not sure, 20 years?

Edit: forgot to mention for the 86: dashcam that came out of my previous car and an unfinished wireless charging dock project.

Oh boy don't go there...

I have many things car and non car related that I have unfitted or unused 😅

For the car, an STI uprated gearbox mount, 4 pot AP racing BBK and Brembo 2 pot rear kit which are going into the loft. 😬
 
🙋 Got a set of vland headlights almost 4 years old unfitted and an oil cooler for a gt86 that's 4.5 years old unfitted. Probably other things too...
 
Complete Big brake conversion and wheel set for a z4 i sold almost 2 years ago
 
My box of shame in the garage is filled with broken parts from laying my motorbike down 😅
 
If it makes you feel any better, I have a trasmission and engine oil cooler that still needs fitting on my Hilux that has been sitting there since 2016.
I have a supercharger for it that has been sitting there since about 2017 too!

I'm up to date on the '86.
