The short triggers (guns) come with multiple nozzles with different spray angles that regulate pressure, no need to adjust it on a lance.
I pretty much always use green for car washing (closer distance for prewash, further distance for rinsing).

Thank you! I know of the nozzles (like don't use the red on a car), but I didn't know that's basically all we can do. The K7 is pretty powerful, and the non compact versions can have the power adjusted at the machine (which presumably extends the life of the washer), but I guess the compact is permanently on full pressure, as the nozzles just spread it more or less.
 
Never use the red 0 deg nozzle if you get your hands on one, its not safe to be used on cars.

Attached to my Nilfisk P200, I use the Yumcars SGS28 Spray gun, paired with their Mosmatic Quick Release Lance and a 40 degree (Size 4 orifice) Mosmatic Nozzle which gives a decent clean whilst being soft enough on the PPF - but you have to either hold it a distance away or set the washer power to low... otherwise you risk lifting an edge :eek:
As far as Snow Foam Cannons go, the MJJC gets great reviews. I use 3 of them filled with different detailing products to save Washing Up halfway through a job..

You have 3 MJJC foam lances? Wouldn't it be better to have 1, and then 2 extra bottles? Not only cheaper, but uses less space, and just requires one lance to be cleaned at the end.

Because they are all quick connect. Why waste time unscrewing the bottle when you can just Snap off and Snap on! I line them up in order ready to go: Coloured Snow Foam - Ceramic Foam - Hydrophobic Coating. Bing Bang Birdseye 🍗
(Btw, at last count I had 7 snow foam cannons but I think I gave one to my neighbour in the Summer 🤔)

The MJJC V3 (not the pro, but the product is basically the same as the V2 pro) has quick connect bottles.

Thanks. I've had my Pro units for several years and wasn't even aware of the V3. Judging by the Youtuber here though, the foam the V3 produces is too thick and dry, so despite the snap-on bottles I may just stick with the ones I have until they no longer work. Besides, I've spent all of my pocket money on PPF for the GR86, so it'll be AliExpress from now on! 😆

You should definitely stick with what you have, as 1) they work for you, 2) they work for pretty much everyone, 3) they're the same as the V3 (it's basically the same unit, your V2 also produces lovely thick foam), and 4) - you've already got them!

The MJJC pro V2 would be my first choice, but I think I'll end up with the MTM PF22.2 because a better deal is available.

The sale of my KonaN paid for the GR86 in its entirety; thus applying some man-maths into the mix, means my new car was actually free, so several thousand spent on PPF is justifiable... although I'll still keep that one secret from SWMBO ;)

I basically did the same. I sold the money in my bank account, so basically got the GR86 for free. Man-maths for the win.

I once used the red nozzle to literally blast a hole in the ground and cut the roots of a hedge tree. Worked remarkably well.

Autoglym polar blaster (foam canon) £46 on their website with 25% discount black friday offer makes it £34.50 but it is also 20% off a lower start price in Halfords making it £33.11 and in store I joined their motoring club to get another fiver off.

Never looked at that before but, it's showing at £25:91 for me with a trade card. I suppose that's not a bad deal?
 
So as to make it look more ‘owned’, today I removed all of the delivery plastic covers from my seats and the head unit screen. After a quick vacuum of the cabin I turned my attention to the glass. That rear window is a back breaker! How the fook are you meant to get right down to the bottom to clean the 1cm margin that is so obvious from the outside? In the end I resorted to a cloth wrapped around a 12” plastic rule and just thrust up and down like I was cleaning a drain. Does that parcel shelf come out maybe? 🤯
