Any advice on cleaning mud scuffs off the internal door trim from shoes?

Have tried a few things and mud seems to want to stay there forever.
Not had to use it on this car yet, but I've used Meguiar's "Heavy Duty Multi-Purpose Cleaner" to do it before and it worked very well.

Can anyone recommend a good quality snow foam lance, for a Nilfisk pressure washer? Or one with an adapter.
I think mine broke as it's leaking water and foam always comes out very diluted, no matter the setting I use.

I have one from ebay, the typical design that has the gold inlet and black outlet, and not had any major issues with it. I can certainly get nice thick foam out of it. Easy to find if you search for "snow foam lance Nilfisk" on ebay, costs around £15.

I also recommend getting an undercarriage pressure washer extension that can be had for around £25.

I changed from a Karcher foam lance to a Monello Lancia 2.0, difference is night and day, nice thick foam. Fits on any pressure washer, you can choose the adapter when checking out. I read good things about Amazon foam lances too (less expensive), the ones who come with a pressure washer gun which works very pleasantly.

They do all look the same 😅 Mine is this, currently out of stock on Amazon. Problem is, the nozzle slides off, messing with the setting, and water leaks from somewhere near the top knob. I remember it came with some tape for application, but I can't remember now which part needed it, whole metal part is a bit corroded. Did you apply that tape?

Anything with a wide base or stubby bottle. Those tall ones are a pain, I have one and it's always falling over, it's top heavy with all the brass.

This was recommended to me and I have to say its brilliant. With a Nilfisk attachment: https://www.eurocarparts.com/p/autobrite-snow-foam-lance-nilfisk-kew-alto-with-magifoam-552983700 the magifoam it comes with is also one of the best I've used, so much so I bought a 5L bottle after this ran out and prefer it over the Bilt Hamber I had before.

is it just me or the brake calipers get super dirty on this car? I haven't completed the break in period yet and the calipers are covered in brake dust and is not really coming off. The calipers already look worse than on my 2016 Swift lol...

Straight from the Dealer I took each wheel off & ceramic coated everything I could. Brake callipers & wheels still look like new.

I only had a chance to spray mine with some instant ceramic wax type of stuff, last time I washed mine, with the wheels still on.
1. What did you use? Some gtechniq kind of product?
2. Will I scratch my lug nuts if I take wheels off?
3. Probably dumb but - will wheels need alignment after taking off?

I've not had this problem. They do dust a lot.

Can recommend some cleaning products to you:

Espuma Revolution - non acidic but highly aggressive, absolutely not for frequent use. Will dull a gloss finish over time. Probably the most powerful brake cleaner I've encountered in 15+ years. Might find a sample on ebay. Wear gloves. Great for cleaning patios. Also a brilliant TFR provided its diluted well with hot water and you dont let it sit on a panel for too long.

Sonax Full Effect Wheel Cleaner - used this for many years now (I think I've been using it 9 years), doesnt seem to dull gloss finishes and cleans well. Does not kill ceramics either.

Good wheel brush - EZ Go brush would be my choice, durable brush that should last you many years.

Isn't that brush made of plastic and hence scratchy?

I have ceramic coating on my wheels too. It was a no brainer for me since I PPFed the whole car, the added cost was negligible....

I thought it was pointless to ceramic coat the calipers as these are rough and not painted? Maybe not pointless but won't last due to the rough surface?

I am loyal to Gyeon and their wheel cleaner and Iron remover :D the Sonax seems to be cheaper, so I might give it a try. The Espuma stuff doesn't seem to be available in the EU....
As for the brush... I use a Meguiars wheel brush to clean the inside of the wheels and a Liquid elements small brush for the spokes and calipers.... But the dust just won't come off the calipers on this car!

I use a standard rubbing alcohol to clean everything, then apply Krystal Kleen R-Evolve Ceramic wheel treatment.
Your Wheels will not need alignment after been removed!

I must admit, I've got about 4 litres of Espuma Revolution in the garage and I don't really use it at the moment - perhaps on the next wash. It can be diluted too, so it's not too aggressive.

Yes! But is it brake dust? Can't get it clean, haven't removed the wheels since winter tire swap in March so 2 months and only maybe 1500km..
I consider painting them with something glossy that cleans easier.
