I spoke to the dealer and they went with the surface corrosion line, normal, nothing to worry about. I went at with a wire brush and most of the surface rust came away. I then gave it a liberal coating of Dynax and will continue to monitor it.

Not particularly and I've only just hit 10K miles. I have regularly cleaned underneath the car especially in winter. I'll get in touch with the dealer and see what they have to say.

Never managed to get it to work but can still see in Carista. IIRC the order is 1: Front Left 2: Front Right 3: Rear Left 4: Rear Right I just removed a load of air from a front tyre and then re-read the pressures. Then did the same in the rear to confirm.

Yep. The codes on Carista match the codes on the new sensors and if I add/remove pressure the readings change. They do take a while for Carista to recognise them though. If I fire up the app when I get in the car they all show as not found but if I drive for a bit and then re-scan they appear...

I bought some of the Aliexpress TPMS sensors and had Toyota "activate" them when the car was in for service. The car point blank refuses to see them but Carista picks them up fine.

Do you have any more info/images of this system? H&S are legends in the old Subaru scene. In fact my STi has an H&S system.
