Not on this car but I have had a battery go kaput out of nowhere before, I think its rare, but does happen. As for a replacement, it has to be Yuasa for me. The GT86 was notorious for having a terrible battery from the factory, not helped by the Sigma alarm being power hungry, mine gave out...

That was the single best mod I did for the GT86, in my opinion it was one of those zero compromise changes, and the shift felt fantastic afterwards. I agree the GR shift sits in the middle between the GT86 stock and GT86 with MTEC springs.

Copying the stock wheel is a nice touch

Ive always wanted one of these, its sat on my wish list. Expensive and major faff to fit, but very cool. After watching that video, it's still gonna sit on my wish list😅
