That's me entered for UK ballot.

Mine passed it's MOT and had a full service. Now ready for the next 3 weeks of driving before getting parked up again.

Another one with the email, contemplating trying to get an auto then parking the Mk1 up with my Mk1 XR2 as pension top ups. Only fly in the ointment is the 50% price rise.

Booked in for annual service and MOT on first available day once I'm back in blighty. Bank holiday on 6th will mean I miss a days driving.

Now fitted and first impressions are great. Seem quieter than the Dunlop's and grip seems good on cold damp roads.

Leap of faith taken at less than £350 for all 4 they seem too good to be true. Probably not the best time of year to fit them but the Dunlop's are dead.

Anyone tried these on GRY as I need to replace all 4 and quite like the look of these. Not interested in tyre life or price just want sticky tyres.

Really wished I had it instead of a Renault Traffic for cross country trip of Ukraine. FWD van gave me more scares than I want to remember. Made worse by the fact I know my GRY would have loved the journey. 2 days until I get my hands back on her.

Thinking about ordering an auto as that is all my good lady will drive now, she likes my car but won't drive a manual. Not planning on selling my GRY any time soon. My MK1 XR2 can go but not my little beast.
