I've not experienced that myself, usually a little bit of slip is always allowed so you keep going forwards. Perhaps worth getting the wheel sensors checked, might just be a bit of grit or something in one?

They do have one of their own, not sure if there are plans to mod it up though.

I don't know if it counts as "in Europe" but Toyota in the UK ran a cheap Gazoo Racing track day at Thruxton last year that went very well. You needed to have a GR car to take part.
