A little further up from the foot well, behind the glove box on the left. It's taped to the instrument panel harness near the fuse box. You'll have to crane your neck slightly to see it
I may be wrong but JDM vins (start with GXPA16 instead of JTDxx...) are different to ours so it probably causes computer to say no. Perhaps just get a reg from a listing on eBay?
The GRMN is the most special as far as I'm concerned. I'll probably never be able to afford to secure one and ship it over but that doesn't stop one dreaming...
17751-18030 is the number I have for the red GRMN style intake. It used to be 17750-18010 initially but was superseded.
17751-18010 is the number for black snorkel which is the same as in the gen 1's though I can't say that I've seen any of these on the newer UK gen 2's or aero packs.
I had a proper look inside the arches for the first time since last summer. The arches have been battered since I last checked... It seems quite easy to miss this. Probably a combination of thin paint and crumbling roads but I can foresee a lot of these rusting out at the arches in classic JDM...
