Had a spirited drive and thought that stock IC is crap and it definitely needs more power on dry ashphalt. 
Went for a spirited drive to Glenshee Ski center for lunch and a more spirited drive home while exploring track and sport mode 
Now realize maybe best not to have lunch and then explore those modes
.
On a plus note the wife had a sore neck and shoulder think it was a trapped nerve - that is now fixed

Took it up to deliver my mum (82) some flowers for Mother’s Day. First time my parents have seen it, mum though it looked beautiful(!), dad (85) intrigued by the engineering. Took them both for a spin giving it some beans, both thought it was amazing. Also took my brother out, he’s definitely a bikeophile now but used to love his tuned MK2 Escorts. He had a drive and was in awe. Says it’s the first time he’s had car envy for 30 years. It’s the only current sports car he’d even think about getting.
Guess this goes to show it’s a great family car

Red wing mirror plans scuppered, I’ve DIY wrapped the standard ones in a similar material to the roof. Feels like the roof wrap doesn’t stand out quite as much now.
How people wrap whole cars, I’ll never know. Just don’t look too closely and it’s fine
